Our company also provides lending of its employees and takes care of legal aspects as building contracts, signing over apartments to the future owner, etc. and takes all possible risks related with estate handling.
KDV Games takes close control of building process and assists with finishing touches including custom redesigning.
Our housing program allows our employees to buy quality apartment in new built house through the interest-free credit for the price considerably lower than those on the market.
Some of our employees already had their house-warming. New flats will be ready in the second half of this year and in the beginning of 2006.
